Public works projects
Excavating both small and large schools in our community is rewarding for Lieber Construction. It shows the progress and improvement of our community as we continue to grow. Lieber Construction has completed numerous schools in the Siouxland area. We’ve helped construct beautiful schools like Clark, Morningside, Unity and Spaulding Elementary Schools.

Spaulding Elementary
Construction began in 2010 – Completed in 2012. Lieber Construction provided the excavation. The school was replacing two schools that have been in service for over 100 years.
Clark Elementary
Construction began in 2015 – Scheduled to be completed in 2016. Lieber Construction provided the excavation.
Morningside Elementary
Construction finished summer of 2015 – Lieber Construction excavated the area to help build Sioux City’s newest elementary school. Morningside Elementary provides STEM programs for over 700 students.
